Exactly my manager comes to office for 4 hours and take attendance, open his gutter chaap unprofessional language on the floor and gives a lecture on attendance, quality, ethics, culture, run away in 4 hours. Thanks to him we can't bear him for 9 hours.

WFH does create a skill up vacuum for every level of role as there are nuances while picking up a new skill, which is completely absent in remote working using any of the connectivity / productivity tools. Further, in India most of the Engg. graduates are from mofussil towns and the infrastructure quality, needed for online remote work, is unreliable and which leads to deliveries missing timelines and employees gets distracted by family members who really don't understand the criticality of timely delivery in IT industry and puts pressure on the employee to take work lightly.

Rents near Hyderabad IT corridors are crazy. Minimum ₹40000 for 3BHK. One man earning for his family will struggle and if he has two kids then salary won’t be enough. Added to that traffic is very bad with pollution 😢

These are harsh realities of any private sector. There is a big income inequality in every private sector. Whoever is at the top hoards money from people at the bottom. Private sector or capitalism is jungle raj. Whoever is weak, not smart enough to interpret insights and act accordingly will become food for somebody else to survive and thrive.

If you are in Banking sector then definitely you have to connect from office. Manufacturing definitely you cannot WFH but in IT sector then yes there can be flexibility. What i am trying to highlight is that WFH depends on in which sector you are from

Let the idiots buy (so called invest) in property. You will be changing job (and most probably location too) why buy? Rent it. Its way more less expensive than buying. Idiots are buying property with these unrealistic prices. Once they run out of money, everyone will be back to senses. 😂

I can imagine that when I was in my 20's or lets say after 15 years of age I can code better. But now in the age of 36 I can rarely focus on coding. Why the non IT person are saying you will be very expert with 12 plus years of experience. It technologies are challenging daily, I cannot change myself with that speed. I am even struggling to survive in IT field.

I'm feeling really frustrated at 28 age, unsure about my next steps after my MBA. My lack of technical skills from my pre-MBA work is making it tough to land a job. Nice video, by the way. Thanks Pavan!!
